Came here for an anniversary! I highly recommend to call in and book early for events as this place definitely fills up! Our server, Anthony, is so so kind and well informed about the menu! The oysters are to die for!!
Tried The Franklin Room for my birthday. Every dish was very intentional. The perfect sized restaurant for intimate service. They do a great job with fusion style dishes without being overwhelming. Amazing crab cakes, mushroom tartine, pasta, and steak. Look no further, this is your spot.
Really awesome speakeasy-like restaurant with delicious food and an incredible liquor selection! Loved the salmon and the scallops, not to mention the cocktails! The ambiance here is lovely and would be a great place for both social and romantic meals in my opinion. Will definitely be coming back here!
This place makes the best Ribeye I’ve ever had - and I eat ribeyes religiously. The lamb chops are incredible too. Been several times and the food and service is always great.
I was looking for a spot to try different vegetarian dishes. Note: I am not vegetarian just wanted some amazing food. After a lot of research on Google and few food apps this place was well recommended. I am totally in agreement. This place was awesome and food was delicious. Only thing was I wish they didn't sit us so close to other guests.
I came here on a date and was blown away by the quality of the drinks and food. It’s quickly becoming my favorite cocktail bar in Chicago (and I’ve been to almost all of them). Highly recommend the mango cheesecake, long train with mezcal, aviation and winter wonderer!
We were here for our friend’s birthday dinner And I was very pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! I totally thought it was more of a bar. Everything we had was delicious, even the simple thing like Mac and Cheese or Pasta. The Cocktails were also good, plus the service was great. Food came out really fast though, so if you like to enjoy one thing at a time make sure to let them know.
This is a place I've passed many times. It was the most fabulous meal from the appetizer of wild mushroom tartine to the entree of chicken roulade w fingerling potatoes and the side dish of butternut squash w fried artichoke and toasted pepitos w crispy sage... omg! And if that wasn't enough the chocolate crunch needs a new name... it's feuilletine, dark chocolate mousse n meringue w praline hazelnut and choc crumbles. Amazing! Should be a Michelin 3 star and kudos to the chef!
It's so cute here with a swanky ambiance. Drinks are pleasant and their lamb chops are juicy and tender.
Love the ambiance of the place, food was really good, drinks were delicious but service was exceptional. Probably the best service we've ever had at a restaurant, top notch!
